Top Tips for healthier looking skin:
If you smoke, stop now. Otherwise your skin will take on a yellow pallor and you will develop nasty, permanent lines above your top lip.
Avoid sugar, processed foods, fried foods and chocolate, soft-drinks and crisps.
Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day. If you don't drink enough water, your body will take it from your skin. Not drinking enough water is a major cause of dry skin
Never go out on a sunny day without sunscreen
Avoid excess alcohol and always drink water to avoid becoming de-hydrated.
